About me

I'm Raj — a two-time founder. Today I'm building utobo, an AI-native commerce platform where AI is the operator, not just a tool. It runs on a three-brain contextual architecture — reasoning across the business, the world, and the user before it acts — and it learns per merchant and across merchants over time.

Before utobo I bootstrapped Digiproton from zero and spent eight years shipping 300+ applications across education, e-commerce, and banking — products that reached 10M+ users and generated $20M+ in client revenue. I shut it down, on purpose, to build something that compounds.

I write here because the things that helped me most were the specifics other founders were generous enough to share — how to raise a first check, how to build with a small team, how to think about compounding. This is me paying that forward.
